WCPC
HCTM has been an industry leader in the development and
applications of Condensation Particle Counter (CPC) technology
since 2002 including the first high flow 2.83 L/min rate water basedCondensation Particle Counter (WCPC)
that meets the requirements of ISO 14644-12.
These systems havebeen adopted into the Semiconductor industry to monitor
particulates in process gases, tool enclosures, exhaust scrubbers, chimneys and
other workplace areas where sub 0.1 um nanoparticles are a concern.
Workplace exposure to nano-size particles has become
a concern within the Semiconductor and other Industrial environments.
Globally, local governments are putting new standards in place
to protect employees and the environment from exposure to fine particles.
Integrating nanoparticle monitoring, measurement, and control into your production and workplace
environments will lead to increased product yield while protecting your most valuable human resources.
HCTM and our global partners are here to support your implementation programs
to monitor and control nanoparticles within your facilities.
Take the next step and invest in your future and purchase your WCPC now!
OPC
The Portable particle counter was designed to meet today's rigorous Cleanroom standards,
making it an ideal solution for cleanroom monitoring, spot checking, and certification.
The Portable particle counter offers two types of flow rates:1.0CFM(28.3L/min)and0.1CFM(2.83L/min).
Up to 6channels can be configured upon request.
The OPC models measure particle sizes ranging from0.3μm to 10.0μm,
while the LPC can measure particle sizes from 10μm to 70μm.
Data can be viewed on the large color touchscreen display, downloaded directly to a PC, or transferred via a USB drive.
The included software enables real-time monitoring both on-site and at remote locations.
The Portable particle counter conforms to ISO-21501-4 and JIS9921B international standards.

AirSens
The AirSens can be used continuously in cleanrooms to monitor particles in real-time across a wide range. It consists of a Particle Sensor(PS) dedicated to measuring the number of particles by size and a Hybrid Particle Sensor(HPS), which includes an impactor function to collect particles and identify contamination sources. The AirSens can measure particle sizes ranging from 0.3μm to 20.0μm with its 4-channel capability and utilizes PoE (Power over Ethernet) easy to install and reduce cost. Additionally, it features an LCD display and included software for monitoring both on-site and remotely. HCTM offers an optional external vacuum pump(P-40) and an isokinetic sampling probe.
