XRC-05
HCTM’s Soft X-ray Charger (XRC) neutralizes the irregular charged
particles of the atmosphere to Ion balance ±0V.
The XRC-05 is a Bipolar charger that provides Soft X-rays instead of a
radioactive source such as Am241 (Americium-241), Kr85 (Krypton-85), Po210 (Polonium-210).
Soft X-rays are easily absorbed even by a thin layer of air and have low permeability.
The energy of Soft X-ray is approximately 1/3,000 lower than X-ray and is absorbed by the surrounding air.
Other radioactive materials such as Am241, Kr85 and Po210 adversely affect human health and surrounding environment and require close supervision and more strict licensing policies.
Soft X-ray's are currently widely used for anti-static applications.
The XRC-05 is safe, easy to use, requires low maintenance,
and has user-friendly data export features for scientific applications such as aerosol research.
AG-01
An important element of aerosol technology is the generation of test aerosol for calibration instruments,
conducting aerosol research, and developing and testing air-cleaning and airsampling equipment.
The HCTM Aerosol Atomizer (AG-01) are jet-nozzle nebulizers that produce aerosols of
small particle sizes by removing larger spray droplets by impaction within the atomizer.
Compressed air at a supply pressure of 2.5kg/cm2 exits from an orifice at a high velocity.
The low pressure created at the exit region by Bernoulli effect causes the liquid to be drawn from a reservoir into the air stream.
The liquid isdisintegrated into small fine droplets through the jet orifice.

DD-01
DD-01 remove water vapors contained in the aerosol and dries-off water on the surface of the droplet.
The Water & Oil trap mounted at the inlet of DD-01 removes large water & oil drops.
Aerosols are dried by the diffusion of water vapor in the desiccant dryer filled with molecular sieve or silica gel.

HPD-01
The HCTM High Pressure Diffuser(HPD-01) comes with flow rate 0.1CFM.
It can be used with HCTM particle measurement solutions or other manufacturer products to
measure and monitor particle in high-pressure compressed gas systems.
Due to the design of particle counters,
HPD must be used to reduce pressure if used in the compressed gas systems.
HPD helps to bring the pressure down to atmospheric pressure to be used
with particle counting devices in the market today.
